 Welcome to Pop The Tasks!

Every day, we have a lot to do and think about, and we usually get stressed out, but something as natural as breathing can help us maintain our mental health. So, the challenge of this game is to pop all the tasks on the board while you breathe using the 4-second technique. In 4 seconds, you inhale, 4 seconds you hold, and 4 to exhale.

 The tasks (rectangles) can be popped up by clicking them anywhere on the board; the circle guides you to follow the breathing technique.

Don't worry if your text didn't turn to color blue. That means that some tasks fly away. In our jobs, house, or when we are studying, there are some tasks that we can not do. It's ok, you will continue living. Some can be done later, some must be repeated, or they just get lost.  Stress is something that plays with our minds, but we can help our bodies manage it with awareness of breathing. You will see that your body can manage things in a more calm way. That's why I invite you to play as many times as you want to empower your breathing!

If your letters turned blue but it was difficult to breathe using the technique, don't worry—it is hard! You only need practice. Play again!

If you did all the tasks and kept your breathing, try to remember to breathe consciously every day, especially in moments of stress!

Why the circle does not stop? Because we can't stop breathing!
